Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Australian Light Horse Association Limited will on the 28th May 2022 commencing at 12.00pm
Following the AGM the Director’s General Meeting will be held, this will be followed by the ALHA Annual dinner that evening.
Details and instructions to register for the dinner are attached above.

BUSINESS
- To confirm the minutes of the 2021 AGM
- To receive and consider the Financial Statements and Auditor’s Report for the year ending 31st December 2021.
- To elect Board of Directors.
- Appointment of an Auditor.

All nominations for the position of Director or any other position on the Board must be received at the company office no later than the 4.00pm on the 14th May 2022.
Nominations must be signed by the Nominee and 2 other Financial Members of the Association.

All notices of motion must be received in writing at the Company Office by 4.00pm on the 14th May 2022.
